拥有 150 年历史的 Al Masmak Palace 坐落在沙特阿拉伯最大的大都市利雅得的中心地带，是一座博物馆，展示着不同的历史文物、艺术品、武器、地图和其他沙特历史展品。这座历史悠久的宫殿建于 1865 年，多年来有多种用途，最初用作军事基地。 1902 年，国王阿卜杜勒·阿齐兹 (Abdul Aziz) 的军队控制了利雅得并统一了王国，最终征服了这座堡垒。
The museum conjures up the ancient history of Saudi Arabia. Visitors can travel back in time and witness how the late King Abdul Aziz besieged it and took it back.. Detail of this event is illustrated through a picture at the entrance of the museum.
